My wife and I want to thank you for coming out to my house taking the time going over water quality issues and testing here in Edgewood, NM. In Edgewood as you have witnessed; the water quality for home use is very poor and very hard. I have found over time and money that the leading manufactures “can not” put out a system that can perform under those extreme water conditions. Your Water System (Hydro-Quad) have proven to me that it can perform under those extreme poor water conditions and put out quality softened water that is reliable and safe to use in a multi-level home environment.
As a former JPL-NASA Engineer I have taken the time and checked out all the technical mechanical features and design and found that the Hydro-Quad water system to be the most quality made, efficient, simplest to use and reliable systems on the market. I must say, to whom it may concern, buy the Hydro-Quad water softener and the Reverse Osmosis system that goes under the sink in your home. About 5 months ago, I
smelled something 'foul' every time I turned on the kitchen faucet.
Although, I used the
water from my refrigerator's ice maker and water spigot for my own consumption
- I did not want my 3 Dobermans and my cat to be drinking such strange smelling
water. The smell would happen when the water was turned on and then it would
disappear. It would not happen all of the time, but began to happen more and
more consistently. It began to scare me. I had read articles about how hard the
water was in my area, but the fact that it smelled like garbage - could mean
that they would increase the amount of chlorine they would put in the water, in
order to control bacteria.
Well,
one day someone from Micropure showed up at my door and said she would like to
test my tap water. While she played with the dogs, she asked about their
drinking habits. I told her about the smell and that I was afraid of giving the
water to them and had started filling their water bowls with the filtered water
from my refrigerator. She took the samples and told me she would get in touch,
when the results were received.
I
got the call from Micropure, while I was in New York visiting my sister. I had
commented to her, on how different the water felt every time I took a shower
and washed my hair. I told my sister that I had forgotten what 'normal water'
felt like. The Micropure representative arranged a meeting in my home, with

Thank
goodness, Mr. Duran liked dogs. Most people would never think of playing with 3
very large Dobermans while explaining the amazing specifics of the Micropure
water system. Michael explained the results of my water tests. The water hardness was almost double the
normal EPA standard for very hard water. I knew this from all of the constant
'white' spots and buildup on my faucets, glasses, coffee pots, pans, dog bowls,
etc. That horrible residue was building up in my new appliances and my new
water heater. I had never experienced such hard water in New York. What
frightened me most was the amount of chlorine that was found in my water. I
knew that when chlorine interacts with other chemicals in water - some of the
resulting combinations can be cancer causing agents. I had read about this
happening in various areas of the United States, including Staten Island NY, my
previous residence.
Everything
was explained and demonstrated by Michael. He was patient and showed me by many
examples of the differences between the water coming from my faucet and the
water coming from the Micropure osmosis system. Even the water that was
filtered by my refrigerator filter (replaced every 8 months) was still filled
with many floating 'things'. It was about half as bad as the faucet water. I
was convinced and wanted to have this system in my home and for the rest of my
life. I drink water more than any other liquid.
Well,
in the past month I have been experiencing the incredible taste of absolutely
delicious water. I do not have 'water residue' on anything! My dogs are
drinking quarts of water every day. Even the cat has been drinking ridiculous
amounts of water. My hair actually has suds when I shampoo it. My clothes have
less lint on them when I clean my dryer lint filter.
My glasses and dishes
feel and look clean. My ice cubes are clear - not white! I cannot imagine ever
having to drink water that has not been Micropure filtered. Even the feel of
the water is silky, not chalky I have been raving about this to my neighbors
and friends. In fact, one of my friends (a nurse) came over twice in the past
month and drank at least five – 10 oz. glasses of water, while she was eating
dinner. It is one of the best investments that I have made, for my home, my
health and the well being of my animals. Thank you Micropure. I hope to be

A few weeks ago Mike
Duran stopped by our house to tell us about reverse osmosis and water softening
products manufactured by his company, MicroPure. He took water samples and told
me a little bit about each product and to be honest, I was very skeptical. We
live in Rio Rancho where the water is notoriously hard and tastes awful out of
the tap. I told him that we'd been having bottled water delivered but that I
hadn't been impressed with the bottled water and that I really didn't believe
there was a system on the market that could remove all the "junk"
from our tap water and make it taste good.
I have to say that if Mike
weren't such a nice, honest guy I would've just said no thanks and left it at
that. He never pressured us. But. he knows what his products can do and he clearly
believes in them. After talking to him again I realized that I had to let him
give us a demonstration in our home. Once he hooked up his reverse osmosis
system to our tap and I tasted the water, I was sold. The water had that clean,
crisp, polished taste that I'd been missing. He even ran a line to our fridge
for our ice maker and water dispenser. Then he tested our "new"
water, our "old" water, and our bottled water. No gimmicks. I can't
remember the numbers but the increase in the quality of our. tap water was
astounding. Our tap water even tested better than the commercial bottled water
we'd been paying big bucks to have delivered.
I couldn't be happier
with this system. And after seeing Mike's demonstration for MicroPure's water
softening system, we're having one of those installed as well. You've got to
see this demonstration. The difference between what the water from this
softener can do and what tap water does is absolutely crazy!

In December of 1993,
I became the owner of the WATER
RESOURCES HYDRO QUAD “WATER PROCESSOR”.
I had worked for this company
many years before. I had done the presentations, water tests in different areas
in the Albuquerque area, and after seeing the quality of the water, I knew I
needed this water conditioner for the good of my family and me.
Over a year ago I needed a
technician to check my unit. The quality of the water was not good so I called
the company in Arizona. I was given the number to MicroPureH2Osystems.com-
owner Michael Duran. I called. He immediately scheduled an appointment to check
the unit.
When Mr. Duran checked the unit
he told us what the problem was, what he would have to do to get it working
properly again, how long it would take, and approximately how much it would
cost. All of that was music to my ears. He said the unit has to be working
perfectly….good is not good enough. Our water unit is now working perfectly
wonderful. Our water tastes good; light
and clean. Everything the water touches looks, feels, and is clean. The
food tasted richer and if you enjoy pinto beans and have been using “Beano”
that won’t be needed anymore. It’s not the beans that are the problem, it’s the
water you have.
I believe in giving honor unto whom honor is due and I
want everyone to know what kind of man Michael Duran is. He is a blessing. He brings with him professionalism
and expertise. The character of this man is impeccable. The loyalty he displays

To all who
drink water……
BEFORE:
We
live in Las Cruces, NM where the tap water is less than stellar. We have always
just “dealt" with it. That is until Michael Duran installed our
MICROPURE Reverse Osmosis system!!! We used to buy GALLONS of bottled water for
drinking and just dealt with the cloudy ice and “floaties" that ended up
in our water (not to mention the $$$
and the lugging of the water home!) We made tea
and coffee that just never tasted like what we purchased from the coffee shop

AFTER:
WOW
••• Now that we have our system we are WATER
SNOBS!! Our ice cubes are crystal clear and our water has NO “floaties"
We drink tons of water because it tastes BETTER than bottled! We make tea and
coffee that is BETTER than the $5 cup all because of our water! I even use it
to wash my hands because it leaves them soft and moisturized. It is the little
things that make all the difference ••• like boiling pasta, that “ring"
that used to appear that I had to scrub is no longer there! This is all on top
of the home demonstration where arsenic and other 'yucky things
were present! Who wants to drink that when there is a better option. The
demonstration also showed how we had to use 20X’s the soap to wash dishes with
the amount of suds we like and only required one or two drops with our PRIMO
water (really that's not an exaggeration!) It is a taste that is simply not
comparable to any other! Another great example was at my gym a few days ago; I
finished my good home water and had to fill my bottle from the fountain! I
almost spit it out! The taste was SO HORRIBLE it was salty and reminiscent of what
my home ice and water used to taste like! I am SOOOOO glad we made the decision
to put our system in! I can hardly wait to get the entire house done!
The
last testimonial comes from our dachshund Monty and our Chihuahua Penelope! I
have never seen 2 small dogs consume so much water! They get ice water every
morning in there bowls and mixed with their food! They each give the new water 2 paws up! (They are water snobs now too I am sorry to
say! LOL)
We
(our mutts included) would recommend the system to EVERYONE! It is worth every
penny and then some! Just watch the demo and taste to see for yourself ! You
will be ECSTATIC that you did!
